Full-Time Experienced Functional Medicine Physician Assistant - Calyton, North Carolina
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician Assistant with an active NC license that has a strong background in Functional Medicine to join our growing primary care team. The ideal candidate has a passion for root-cause healing, patient education, and delivering personalized, integrative care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive functional medicine evaluations and follow-up visits
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Order/interpret advanced functional testing
- Manage chronic conditions through a functional medicine lens
- Document accurately and efficiently in EPIC (experience preferred)
Requirements:
- Active PA license in North Carolina
- Minimum 2 years of Functional or Integrative Medicine experience
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, supplements, lifestyle medicine, and lab interpretation
- Passion for metabolic health, hormone balance, gut restoration, and personalized care
- Excellent communication, patient-centered care, and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage a full-time patient panel
