Role Overview
The Regenerative Medicine Sales Assistant will support our sales and business development team by generating leads, coordinating client follow‑up, and helping onboard medical practices and providers into our product portfolio. This role is ideal for an organized, service‑oriented professional who is passionate about regenerative medicine and eager to grow in a high‑impact healthcare sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in lead generation and prospecting for physicians, clinics, and medical practices interested in regenerative medicine programs.
- Coordinate initial outreach, schedule discovery calls/Zoom meetings, and prepare follow‑up materials for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track client interactions, and support pipeline reporting.
- Answer product‑related questions from prospects and providers, escalating complex clinical queries to the appropriate team members.
- Support promotional campaigns, educational events, and provider onboarding processes.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, order tracking coordination, and basic sales reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in healthcare, biology, or business is a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or medical/healthcare administration preferred.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to interact professionally with physicians and clinic staff.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, and basic office software (Excel, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Interest in regenerative medicine, biologics, or medical technology; willingness to learn product details and clinical context.
Preferred (Nice‑to‑Have)
- Prior exposure to medical sales, aesthetics, or wellness clinics.
- Experience supporting a remote or hybrid sales team, including scheduling virtual meetings and coordinating calendars.
