Overview:We are hiring a customer-focused Call Center Agent to manage inbound and outbound calls while supporting customer accounts and service-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Make outbound follow-up calls regarding services or accounts
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and call activity
- Meet daily call handling and customer service goals
