About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Virtual and Onsite Sales Associate to support our healthcare team. This role involves both remote and in-person outreach to promote healthcare services, connect with patients, and build community relationships. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and experienced in California’s healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual and onsite presentations to promote healthcare services.
- Engage with patients, referral sources, and community organizations to generate leads.
- Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries to schedule patient appointments.
- Participate in local events, health fairs, and community outreach activities.
- Collaborate with the clinical and marketing teams to support ongoing campaigns.
- Track and document outreach activities, inquiries, and conversions.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare privacy standards.
Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or outreach (healthcare preferred).
- Knowledge of California healthcare operations or patient services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and teleconferencing tools.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for onsite visits.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in California healthcare settings (urgent care, clinics, or wellness centers).
- Customer service or patient coordination background.
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish or Tagalog preferred).
Schedule
- Flexible schedule with both remote and onsite work required.
- Some weekend or evening availability may be needed for community events.
Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate or base plus commission.
- Pay will be based on experience and qualifications.
