- Maintain a clean, orderly, and sanitary environment throughout the facility
- Clean resident rooms, restrooms, offices, lounges, hallways, therapy areas, and common spaces
- Perform emergency cleaning as needed
- Dust, disinfect, and polish surfaces, fixtures, furniture, and equipment
- Sweep, mop, disinfect, and maintain floors; assist with carpet cleaning and floor care
- Replace light bulbs, clean vents, remove lint from dryers, and support basic maintenance tasks
- Keep outdoor areas tidy, including entrances, patios, and walkways
- Replenish soap, towels, and other supplies
- Assist with room readiness for new admissions and discharges
- Follow infection-prevention procedures, including cleaning isolation rooms
- Ensure equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored and maintained
- Respond to environmental service requests from residents and staff with professionalism and courtesy
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience (healthcare experience a plus)
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks safely
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
