Our client is the Houston office of a premier international law firm seeking an associate (2-6 years of experience) with significant experience in energy and infrastructure project development, including project finance and joint ventures. Candidates should have experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, supporting project financings and acquisitions, and working with multidisciplinary teams across practice areas and markets. What sets this practice apart is its significant cross-border M&A component focused on energy and infrastructure assets, including LNG and renewables. This is currently an unposted position.
