Avalon Landscapes is looking for a full-time mechanic to join our team in Meridian, ID.
Responsibilities- Working on a variety of heavy- and medium-duty vehicles and equipment.
- Inspect trucks and all equipment
- Diagnose issues through observation and engine fault codes.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues.
- Conduct brake inspections and minor engine work, including small engine repairs on equipment like backpack blowers, line trimmers, and hedgers.
- Reports to shop foreman
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Experience working with heavy- and medium-duty vehicles and equipment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and driving record check.
- Flexible for an ever changing shop environment is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance record.
