Responsibilities

- Manage reservations efficiently using property management systems (PMS)
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
- Assist guests with special requests, room changes, or concerns while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management
- Follow hotel emergency procedures confidently to ensure safety and security of guests and staff at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations
- Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills across multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols
- Previous experience with night audit procedures is a plus
