Seasonal Sales Associate – Luxury Boutique Retail

We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven Seasonal Retail Associate to join our team for the winter ski season. We offer competitive hourly pay, commission, and additional incentive opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves fashion, enjoys selling, builds connections easily, and takes pride in delivering results. Our clientele expects exceptional service, strong product knowledge, and a polished experience. Retail experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated candidates.

What We Offer

• Hourly pay starting around $25/hour, depending on experience

Position Details

• Seasonal position focused on the winter ski season
• Training begins at part-time during the fall off-season
• Full-time seasonal hours beginning in mid-November, approximately 5 days/week and 35–40 hours
• Seasonal commitment through the winter ski season, with the potential to continue beyond the season for the right person
• Must be currently based in the Vail Valley and able to work in both Beaver Creek and Lionshead
• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required

What You’ll Do

• Deliver personalized service and styling support
• Drive sales through product knowledge and follow-through
• Build relationships with repeat clients and seasonal guests
• Maintain a clean, well-merchandised sales floor
• Support all daily store operations, including shipping and receiving, organization, cleaning, and other tasks required to keep the store running smoothly
