Role Description
The Advertising Operations Specialist plays a key role in the execution and delivery of digital advertising campaigns. This position is responsible for setting up, trafficking, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms to ensure flawless delivery and accurate reporting. The role requires strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to maintain campaign integrity and performance
Qualifications
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms, programmatic advertising, and ad trafficking
- 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising operations, campaign trafficking, or related ad tech roles.
- Familiarity with ad serving platforms such as Google Campaign Manager (GCM), Xandr, Trade Desk, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with tag management platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium, or similar tools.
- Experience working with HCP or DTC healthcare media is a plus; pharmaceutical client experience is highly valued.
- Understanding of digital media channels (display, video, paid social) and how they integrate into multi-platform campaigns.
- Working knowledge of tagging, pixel implementation, and campaign QA processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to verifying campaign setup, delivery, and reporting accuracy.
- Comfortable managing multiple campaign requests and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for campaign tracking and data validation; working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint for documentation and internal presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
