Job Overview
Associate Inventory Manager will provide crucial support in the tracking, organizing, and reporting of inventory levels and reports to the Manager of Inventory operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Track and maintain inventory for raw materials, WIP, and finished good
- Generate accurate inventory reports and dashboards using ERP systems (NetSuite or similar)
- Handling incoming and outgoing shipments, Inventory stocking and destocking.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to manage orders, track shipments and returns, and resolve any inventory-related issues that may arise.
- Performing physical count of inventory and reconciling actual stock count to database reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems
- Detail oriented problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as a part of a team and independently.
Education
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field and two (2) years of professional experience or AS/AA degree and five (5) years of professional experience.
