Job Summary:
As a Client Services Associate, you’ll be integral in delivering outstanding support to our valued clientele. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team of wealth advisors and investment professionals to provide personalized financial solutions, ensuring a smooth and tailored client experience. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting client needs will play a pivotal role in nurturing robust relationships and contributing to the overall success of our firm.
Essential Functions:
· Day-to-day operations support, including answering inbound calls and emails as a point of contact for clients.
· Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide timely, accurate information.
· Assist in onboarding new clients and guide them through the process.
· Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
· Verify and facilitate client account transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, Required Minimum Distributions (RMD’s) and other pertinent activities.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services to offer comprehensive support.
· Contribute to the development of client service strategies to optimize customer experience.
· Manage client documentation and ensure accuracy in records and data entry.
· Monitor client accounts, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
· Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
· Two years to five years of similar or related experience in financial services.
Desired Skills and Traits:
· Proven experience in client services or a similar customer-facing role.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office suite.
· Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
· Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
· Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
· Exceptional time management skills.
Compensation Range:
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
