This position provides a full range of clerical/administrative functions in support of the pastor and parish staff.
Essential Duties:
• Greet visitors, answer phones and provide hospitality set-up for meetings.
• Prepare weekly bulletins and bulletin inserts.
• Maintain and coordinate parish calendar with staff.
• Maintain weekday Mass schedule and Mass intentions.
• Provide support for baptism preparation and maintain all sacramental records.
• Provide data entry and word processing support for all staff.
• Assist in maintenance of church management and contribution software programs.
• Assist with content across digital channels: website, digital sign, social media platforms, online giving and event forms, email marketing, etc.
• Handle outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintain inventory and purchase office/hospitality supplies and office equipment supplies.
• Maintain and schedule ministries through ministry scheduling software.
• Assist in preparation of the annual spirituality report.
• Provide support for maintaining contribution records and providing donor statements.
• Support development and stewardship projects and workflows.
• Act as staff liaison to parish organizations as assigned.
