- Manage and grow an assigned client base while delivering high-touch service
- Prospect and develop new janitorial accounts through consistent outreach
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
- Identify and sell add-on services (floor care, windows, pressure washing, etc.)
- Track activity and pipeline in CRM and hit weekly sales targets
