In this role, you'll be a trusted resource for employees and leadership, supporting a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compliance, onboarding, performance management, and HR initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Support employee relations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Assist with HR compliance, reporting, and labor relations.
• Coordinate performance reviews, job descriptions, and compensation administration.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture.
• Support HR process improvements, special projects, and business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
• Experience in a union environment is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree and HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or PHRca) are preferred.
