We're looking for an experienced Civil Engineer who's ready to take the lead on impactful capital improvement projects and help shape the future of public transportation!

What You'll Do:
- Lead construction administration and capital improvement projects
- Oversee contractors, budgets, schedules, and project deliverables
- Manage contracts, change orders, and project risks
- Collaborate with agencies, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 7 years of construction management, project engineering, or capital project experience
- Strong knowledge of public works construction, project controls, and contract administration
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- PE license, CCM, or PMP certification is a plus!
