Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize CNC programs to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
- Utilize Lean methodology to analyze production processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and eliminate non-value-added activities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Prepare detailed reports and summaries on production data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on CNC programming, process optimization, and equipment management.
- Strong experience with CNC equipment, G-code, CAM software, and CAD software.
