Job Description
The CNC Programmer will be responsible for preparing accurate programming for CNC manufacturing equipment, interpreting engineering drawings and information to determine the tooling for the most efficient machine setup, and punching parts on the CNC Punch. Using AutoCAD and CNC Programming software, create programs for running parts on the CNC Punch. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC programming and a strong understanding of machining processes.

- Experience: High school diploma or GED required, 3 years of experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in CNC programming, machining processes, and AutoCAD software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Customer Focus: Completes assignments on or ahead of schedule, accomplishes assigned work in an organized and timely manner, and looks for ways to improve and promote quality.
