Salary: Full Time First-Year Teacher $37-45K

Avail Academy, a Christian school in Minneapolis, is seeking a middle school teacher with a math emphasis at its Edina Campus for the 2025-2026 school year.

- Loves God and has a genuine heart for guiding middle school students through both their academic and faith journeys.
- Designs engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that challenge students to think critically, explore deeply, and grow in responsibility.
- Collaborates effectively and positively with students, parents, and colleagues to support a strong sense of community.
- Recognizes, celebrates, and encourages the unique gifts and personalities of middle school learners.
- Has earned a four-year degree in education and is licensed to teach at the middle school level.
- Has experience working effectively with early adolescents and is uniquely gifted by God to teach and mentor them during these formative years.
- Demonstrates a passion for Christian education and the spiritual and character development of students.
