Employment Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side)
Growing California law firm seeking a sharp, aggressive, and motivated employment litigation attorney to join our expanding practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants substantial responsibility, real litigation experience, direct client interaction, and significant long-term growth potential.
We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive, hardworking, and genuinely enjoys litigation.
Responsibilities
- Handle employment litigation matters from pre-litigation through resolution
- Draft motions, discovery, and legal briefs
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances
- Communicate directly with clients
- Strategically evaluate and develop cases
Qualifications
- 2–7 years of employment litigation experience preferred
- Experience handling California employment matters
- Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to independently manage cases
- Plaintiff-side experience
- Trial experience
