This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Specialist, based in Rockaway, NJ, with flexibility for some remote work. The Product Specialist will be responsible for providing technical product expertise, conducting client training sessions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the development team on product enhancements. Additional responsibilities include assisting clients with onboarding, supporting pre-sales demonstrations, and ensuring a positive overall customer experience.
- Technical proficiency in middleware technologies and enterprise applications
- Experience with troubleshooting, monitoring, and administration tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills for client training and pre-sales support
- Ability to manage client relationships and understand customer needs
