We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire top-tier AI Engineers and Founding Engineers for high-growth technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience sourcing passive candidates, evaluating technical talent, managing full-cycle recruitment, and partnering with hiring managers to build exceptional engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit AI, Machine Learning, and Founding Engineering talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and technical qualification.
- Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and recruiting tools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and market trends.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- 2 years of technical recruiting experience.
- Proven success hiring Software Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, or Startup Founding Engineers.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other talent platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced technology environments preferred.
