Job Summary
We are seeking a SW Development / Automation Engineer to join a cutting-edge Wireless Networks engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development, automation, REST APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, and containerized applications. This role involves working with cross-functional engineering teams to develop, test, deploy, and support next-generation wireless network solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement REST API integrations.
- Develop and maintain microservice-based applications.
- Design, develop, and deploy web applications.
- Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Linux-based systems.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Create and execute test plans for software validation.
- Document test cases and test results.
- Provide Tier-3 support for production environments and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and support teams.
- Automate operational tasks using scripting and AI-enabled solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of software development or automation engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Strong experience developing web applications.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Python, Shell scripting, or other automation scripting languages.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with OpenStack, Kubernetes, or other virtualization technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Wireless Networks (RAN, Core, or Transport).
- Experience with cloud-native technologies.
- Understanding of message queues, multithreading, databases, security, and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of CPU, memory, storage, and performance optimization.
Salary : $60 - $65
