What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Data / Adverse Event Reporting Specialist (Remote) position at Avacend Inc?
- Create and submit adverse event (AE) and product complaint reports
- Perform quality checks for accuracy (spelling, drug info, manufacturer details, etc.)
- Communicate with clinicians to resolve discrepancies
- Track and report missing AE/PC submissions
- Prepare weekly/monthly reconciliation reports
- Support audits and identify reporting trends/issues
Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and computer applications
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively
- Fast and accurate typing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Pharmacy or clinical background (Pharmacy Technician preferred)
- Experience in oncology or healthcare environments
