Clinical Data / Adverse Event Reporting Specialist (Remote)

  • Create and submit adverse event (AE) and product complaint reports
  • Perform quality checks for accuracy (spelling, drug info, manufacturer details, etc.)
  • Communicate with clinicians to resolve discrepancies
  • Track and report missing AE/PC submissions
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reconciliation reports
  • Support audits and identify reporting trends/issues


Required Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and computer applications
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively
  • Fast and accurate typing skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Pharmacy or clinical background (Pharmacy Technician preferred)
  • Experience in oncology or healthcare environments
