- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs.
- Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and proper kitchen management practices.
- Handle shift management responsibilities by scheduling staff effectively and supervising team performance during busy hours.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally while fostering a positive dining atmosphere.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
