We are looking for a highly driven, self-directed Sales Consultant who takes ownership, moves with urgency, and tells us what they’re doing — not someone waiting to be told what to do.

What You’ll Do
- Own and aggressively grow a territory across Milwaukee, Ozaukee, and Washington counties
- Open new accounts and expand AVA’s presence with urgency
- Identify underperforming accounts and turn them into growth opportunities
- Sell and execute against a curated wine & spirits portfolio
- Drive placements of priority SKUs and new product launches
- Build strong relationships and influence buying decisions
- Manage your territory like it’s your own business
- Communicate proactively on wins, challenges, and next moves
