Oncology Nurse Navigator - Breast Surgery
Located 10 minutes from Leesburg, 30 minutes north of Vienna

About You
Be able to do the job as described
Must have 5 years’ RN experience in an oncology practice or clinic
Breast surgery and surgical oncology experience strongly preferred
Bachelor’s prepared RN (BSN) with active Virginia RN license
OCN certification preferred
What You’ll Be Doing
Guide and support patients and families through the cancer care process, from diagnosis through survivorship
Provide one-on-one education and resource connection tailored to each patient’s needs
Perform clinical procedures, including venipuncture and port access
Coordinate care with internal and external partners to reduce barriers and improve outcomes
Serve as a clinical resource to staff and patients in the breast surgery space
