The Role
You’ll keep the kitchen running by maintaining a steady flow of clean dishes, cookware, and equipment throughout the shift. You’ll also support the team with basic prep and utility tasks as needed, and help maintain cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen. It’s physical work and fast-paced - and when you do it well, the whole team feels it.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliability - this role is the backbone of the kitchen and we count on you to be there
- Ability to work at a steady, efficient pace throughout the shift
- Attention to cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience a plus, but not required
