DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING
As an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at our facility, you’ll assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing department, in accordance with company policy and all appropriate regulations as well as treating wounds. You’ll also be asked to participate in facility surveys/inspections from regulatory agencies as requested by the administrator or director of nursing.
QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed as an RN
Previous experience in a long term care facility
Previous nurse supervisor experience
