What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outpatient Primary Care Physician - Florida position at Ava Health?
Ava Health is working with outpatient primary care practices across Florida on a group of openings anchored around the Orlando area. This is a clinic job, not a hospital job. Monday through Friday. No nights, no weekends, no call.
The role:
Full time, permanent placement. Standard outpatient visit volume, not a productivity mill. Every site has a full support staff: MA, RN, and front desk.
Pay starts at $270,000 a year and moves up with location and experience. Full benefits.
Locations: Multiple practice sites across Florida, from the Orlando area through Tampa Bay, Southwest Florida, and South Florida. We place you based on where you actually want to live and practice.
What you need:
- MD or DO with an active Florida license, or you can get one through endorsement.
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine with a Geriatrics focus.
- New grads with strong residency letters are welcome to apply.
- If you are transitioning from an ACN background, mention it. We look at those case by case.
