Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site/off site position:
Onsite:
- The role involves welcoming and assisting patients, Font desk scheduling appointments, managing phone communications, coordinating with the dental team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the practice’s reception area.
Off-site:
- Develop and maintain relationships with general dental offices in the surrounding area
- Actively promote AVA Dental’s services, including implants, periodontal therapy, and full-mouth rehabilitation
- Conduct regular in-person visits to referring offices to provide updates, education, and support
- Serve as the main point of contact for referring offices—ensuring seamless communication and case coordination
- Follow up on referrals to ensure satisfaction, provide updates, and strengthen trust
- Track referral patterns and provide feedback to leadership on growth opportunities
Key Qualifications
- Previous experience in dental, medical sales, or practice marketing preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Professional, polished, and confident communication style
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goals
- Organized with strong follow-up and attention to detail
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (implants/periodontics preferred)
