Company Background: Our client, a major employer in the area, is looking for an Integrated Vehicle Systems Analyst to be part of its team in its North American operations.
Job Description:
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting engineers in the development and application of vehicle electronic components.
- Preparation and or maintenance of technical documentation according to engineering instructions.
- Support electronic part packaging in the vehicle using CATIA V5 CAD, in both the 3D and 2D environments.
- Updating wiring specifications, parts list based on detailed instructions from responsible engineers.
- Preparation of part orders for build events or evaluation activities.
- Support engineers and technicians with re-flashing ECUs and other vehicle update activities.
- Drawing comparison report creation and submission for engineer review.
- Support the maintenance and audit of open issues lists according to engineering instructions.
Requirement:
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, CATIA V5 (both 3D and 2D environments).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
- Interest and willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of tasks.
- Willingness to work onsite at our Saline Michigan office 5 days/week.
- Must be able to work up to 30% overtime
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in vehicle specific mechanical design/development.
- Experience with wiring or other electrical background.
