Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager Intern to support our team in planning, executing, and tracking key initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders, managing timelines, and contributing to the successful delivery of projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of work packages
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
- Support project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather updates and identify risks or blockers
- Participate in team meetings and track updates across integrated product teams (IPTs)
- Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and continuous improvement at a program level
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and documentation across the product line
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project)
- Prior internship or leadership experience in a team environment
- Hands-on experience managing real-world projects
- Exposure to cross-functional business operations
- Mentorship from experienced project managers
- Opportunity to develop professional and technical skills
- Exposure to Earned Value Management in a complex embedded space system
