AV has an opportunity available for a Program Coordinator to support our Materials & Processing Department and our Biological & Nanoscale Systems Department in the Advanced Research & Development Division. This full-time job is onsite at the Materials & Manufacturing Directorate at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH. The candidate will support multiple research teams by coordinating various everyday lab functions, effectively communicating research program status, and maintaining collaboration between multiple programs and customers. A highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic is required for success in this role.

The Salary Range For This Role Is
$64,500 - $91,350

Job Responsibilities Include
- Assisting with ordering, submitting purchase requisitions, package delivery, and subsequent follow-up/status tracking
- Shipping of materials (this may involve obtaining and maintaining essential certifications for proper tracking and shipping of hazardous chemicals)
- Scheduling and facilitating programmatic/management interchange meetings
- Assisting in generation and submission of program reports and other deliverables
- Working closely with program leadership, teams, and customers to ensure good communication and awareness across programs that we support.
- This position involves working within a government facility and requires U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree or minimum four years government contracting experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication and working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to listen, assimilate, evaluate, and summarize.
- Understanding of government R&D contracting, procurement and reporting requirements preferred
