both office and warehouse environments, this role balances daily administrative tasks, system

tracking, and manual labor. Key components of the position include executing step-by-step

operational instructions, managing ERP software updates, and leading routine material audits.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of foundational inventory control knowledge, technical

software proficiency, and a self-motivated, detail-oriented approach to maintaining an organized

workplace.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute daily operational tasks directly on the Warehouse Manager's behalf while

following detailed, step-by-step instructions precisely.

  • Pull and verify physical stock items using generated pick lists, confirming material

accuracy against system orders before execution or movement.

  • Fulfill internal inventory requisitions by preparing or delivering relevant stock to

support active projects flexibly.

  • Manage and track ERP and inventory systems to maintain 100% digital alignment

with real-time stock variables and current availability.

  • Generate, review, and maintain documentation for all material transfers, variance

reports, audit outcomes, and negative stock investigations.

  • Conduct routine physical inventory counts on weekly, quarterly, and annual

schedules to ensure overall warehouse accuracy.

  • Report and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately to the Warehouse Manager,

investigating negative stock to resolve physical and system variances.

  • Maintain a clean and efficient workplace while adhering to safe material handling

practices and workplace safety compliance.

  • Process daily receiving.
  • Pick and prepare materials for internal and external needs.
  • Audit inventory stock.

Basic Requirements

  • Experience & Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent required, alongside

1–2 years of related functional stockroom or inventory experience (or an equivalent

combination of education and experience).

  • Inventory & Safety Knowledge: Foundational understanding of warehouse operations,

inventory control procedure execution, and physical audit/variance reconciliation

practices.

  • Technical & System Skills: Demonstrated computer proficiency, including hands-on

experience using MRP/ERP systems (Oracle ERP or similar software preferred) and the

MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to track and control inventory

variables.

  • Professional Competencies: Highly organized and detail-oriented mindset with strong

analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to handle deadline-driven priorities

in a fast-paced environment.

  • Physical Demands: Ability to constantly navigate both office and warehouse

environments, standing, walking, sitting, and using hands to operate computers or

handle stock; ability to occasionally lift up to 60 lbs of varying shapes and operate dollies

or pallet jacks to load and unload supplies.
