Material Handling Coordinator II – Inventory Systems & Direct Operational Support
The Material Handling Coordinator II acts as a trusted execution partner, working directly on
behalf of management to maintain strict physical and systemic inventory accuracy. Operating in
both office and warehouse environments, this role balances daily administrative tasks, system
tracking, and manual labor. Key components of the position include executing step-by-step
operational instructions, managing ERP software updates, and leading routine material audits.

Job Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks directly on the Warehouse Manager's behalf while
- Pull and verify physical stock items using generated pick lists, confirming material
- Fulfill internal inventory requisitions by preparing or delivering relevant stock to
- Manage and track ERP and inventory systems to maintain 100% digital alignment
- Generate, review, and maintain documentation for all material transfers, variance
- Conduct routine physical inventory counts on weekly, quarterly, and annual
- Report and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately to the Warehouse Manager,
- Maintain a clean and efficient workplace while adhering to safe material handling
- Process daily receiving.
- Pick and prepare materials for internal and external needs.
- Audit inventory stock.
- Experience & Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent required, alongside
combination of education and experience).
- Inventory & Safety Knowledge: Foundational understanding of warehouse operations,

- Technical & System Skills: Demonstrated computer proficiency, including hands-on
