What You’ll Do (Overnight)
- Monitor hospitalized and post-operative patients
- Perform injections, treatments, and administer medications
- Place IV catheters, run fluids, and monitor vitals
- Document patient updates clearly and accurately
- Keep the hospital clean, organized, and running smoothly overnight
- Communicate effectively with the day team for smooth transitions
- Take initiative and lead the flow of the shift
- Continue learning and adapting as protocols evolve
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced veterinary technician with strong technical abilities
- Motivation to learn and a growth mindset
- Leadership skills and confidence to guide the overnight shift
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Proficient with injections, catheters, meds, and monitoring
- Veterinary Assistant Controlled Substances Permit (VACSP) or able to obtain quickly
- ER experience helpful but not required — we want a well-rounded tech

Requirements
- 2 year veterinary technician experience preferred
- VACSP certification or ability to obtain
- Strong technical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work overnight consistently
