Position OverviewThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment. This hands-on role plays a key part in ensuring products are handled accurately, safely, and efficiently while maintaining high operational standards. Key Responsibilities- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Receive incoming inventory and verify shipments for accuracy
- Unload, organize, and properly store materials throughout the warehouse
- Assist with inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and cycle counts
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or shipping issues promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily shipping and operational goals
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience required
- Forklift certification required
- Experience using warehouse management systems or inventory software is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials with team assistance when necessary
- Must be able to commute to Alpharetta, GA
