Position Summary

AV Squad is looking for a customer-facing, enthusiastic IT professional to join its ranks. Applicants should have 1-2 years of experience, ideally with a background supporting creative users in an agency environment. The ideal candidate is happy to be on the front lines, a natural problem solver, strong communicator, and self-starter with an innate willingness to learn about new systems, software, and hardware solutions. This is a TEAM role, where an individual can learn from an experienced set of individuals while working in a collaborative environment with support from their IT counterparts. The shift is 10am – 7pm.


Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities

· Diagnose and resolve common software and hardware issues by carefully understanding user concerns.

· Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to explain problems and solutions to technical and non-technical users.

· Support Adobe Creative Cloud basics (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

· Setup and configure hardware, peripherals, and software.

· Provide telephone, in-person, and remote support to end-users.

· Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support and weekend maintenance windows.

· Perform other duties as assigned.


Beneficial Skills and Experience

· IT support experience for 2 years.

· Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.

· Ability to lift 50 lbs.
