The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, experience in technology-based project management, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a commitment to upholding the organizations core values.Reports to: Chief Technology OfficerKey ResponsibilitiesOperations Management:Coordinate, manage and prioritize project and company related tasks and resources on a daily basis.Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time and within-budget completionEstablish and enforce standards, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.Team Leadership and Development:Manage AV/IT resources, including staffing levels, training, and utilization on projects.Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Customer Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining relationships and ensuring satisfaction.Address customer issues promptly and effectively, striving to enhance the customer experience.Essential DutiesPlan, communicate, and track all aspects of the Operations departmentLead weekly Line of Business (LOB) meetingsLead weekly Operations department meetingsActively participate in weekly Leadership meetingsWork closely with Leadership team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to followthrough with implementationMaintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards, processes, and proceduresCommunicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaintsRequired QualificationsStrong Leadership skills managing teams of 10 or more peopleMinimum of 10 years of experience in Audio Visual/Information Technology based project management and construction methodologyCommitment to people management with dignity and respectEntrepreneurial experience and/or spiritExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdaptability to technology advancements and changing project requirementsProficiency in MIS tools such as ERP, BMS, CRM, and MS OfficeProject Management Professional (PMP) or technical degree preferred.Knowledge of best project management practices and problem-solving abilitiesPhysical DemandsAbility to drive a company provided fleet vehicle.Ability to load and unload equipment weighing a minimum of 35 pounds.The physical demands of this position are those that are necessary to meet the responsibilities and essential functions of this position.
