- Lead AV installation projects for commercial and corporate clients

- Manage and mentor a small team of 2-5 technicians

- Document installation procedures and maintain detailed reports
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with safety standards
- Pull cables and build equipment racks for system setups
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years experience in audiovisual installation
- Associate degree in Electronics or related field
