About the role
We are seeking a hands-on, analytical finance partner to manage day-to-day accounting operations and lead financial reporting, forecasting, and scenario modeling. This high visibility, high impact role works closely with the COO to support strategic decision-making, build processes, and help shape how we scale.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving new challenges in a fast-moving environment and is eager to grow alongside a scaling company. They have experience in SaaS or recurring revenue models and can turn data into actionable insights. Accounting and Operations
- Manage the quote-to-cash process: pricing, contracts, billing, collections, and revenue recognition (ARR, deferred revenue)
- Prepare inputs in support of monthly close
- Strengthen accounting workflows and partner with controller to ensure clean reporting
- Build and improve core finance processes to support scale
Financial Planning and Analysis
- Model and maintain customer-level margins to inform pricing, retention, and product strategy
- Maintain and update the financial model to support budgeting and forecasting
- Run scenarios analyses to evaluate business decisions, support new product launches and optimize capital allocation
- Leverage historical financials and cross-functional data to spot trends, surface risks and identify opportunities to scale strategically
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Ops, and Leadership to keep finance aligned with growth.
- Support preparation of board-level and investor reporting (package prep, SaaS metrics, etc.)
Skills and Qualifications
- SaaS finance & ARR modeling
- GAAP accounting & revenue recognition
- Quote-to-cash process management
- Financial forecasting & scenario planning
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Systems experience (ERPs, Hubspot, etc.)
- 5 years in finance/accounting, ideally in SaaS and/or startups
Work Environment Requirements
We’re a remote-first company, so you’ll mostly work from your home office. We’re hoping to find someone based in the Atlanta area who can occasionally meet up with our COO in person for collaboration and connection.
