Lead Technician:
· Lead team
· Pass all background requirements and drug screens
· Conform to grooming & dress codes
· Licensed, clean DVR, has transportation
· Ability to lift and carry 70 lbs
· Can work on or offsite
· Can work in wet/cold/hot environments
· Ability to communicate with team
· Can follow written instructions
· Committed to training and career goals
· Probation period 3-months – then evaluation
Job Duties:
§ Assessing properties to determine extent of damage
§ Water Extraction
§ Removing and replacing damaged materials, such as wallboards, lumber, and carpets
§ Placing, monitoring, and removing equipment
§ Cleaning structures damaged by water, fire, mold and other causes
§ Job documentation
§ Adhering to safety standards required on each job
