Vice President of Structured Finance Sales Support provides leadership and direction to ensure that transactions over $2mm or transactions that are highly structured are facilitated through the origination process including, properly documented and properly secured.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Responsible for hands-on leadership and development of a high-performing Sales Support team that engages early in the sales process, working directly with the Credit team and Legal to ensure transactions are documented, processed and secured properly
o Provide Operational Oversight to ensure the teams core competencies include:
o Document Production and Compliance
- Prepare accurate, timely, and fully compliant documentation tailored to each partner, aligning with U.S., Canadian, state, and local regulations.
o Regulatory and Legal Precision
- Perfect security interests based on transaction structure and jurisdiction, ensuring all legal requirements are met for flawless execution
o Closing Support and Follow-Up
- Proactively monitor and follow up on outstanding documentation to accelerate transaction closing and eliminate delays.
o Sales-Process Alignment
- Provide tailored documentation and support solutions that align with each partner’s unique sales process and customer journey.
o Relationship Management
- Maintain strong working relationships with sales teams and dealers to facilitate smooth transactions and support revenue goals.
o Program Quality and Performance
- Uphold service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and profitability targets through expert setup, continuous measurement, and proactive program management.
Process Optimization:
- Responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing policies, procedures, and processes that achieve a high level of operational efficiency while maintaining proper internal controls to eliminate any security or documentation deficiencies.
Technology Utilization:
- Optimize the use of technology, identifying underutilization of existing systems and driving improvements in the Supplier/Receiver relationship within Auxilior.
- Develop, recommend, and implement ongoing enhancements to increase value to end customers and Program Partners
Special Projects:
- Lead or participate in special projects as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
- Paralegal preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in operations within the equipment finance or broader financial services industry.
- Background in managing complex lease and loan portfolios, including mid- and large-ticket transactions.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP)

Technical and Analytical Skills:
- Understanding of legal terms used in sophisticated lease and loan agreements and ancillary documents.
- Understanding of Uniform Commercial Code and perfection of security interest.
- Proficiency in enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Excel, Outlook, Aspire or similar platforms.
- Experience with SuperTrump and Tvalue
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Traditional premise-based office environment with no unusual work conditions.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
