Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, patient and reliable Therapy Assistant to join our growing organization. In this parttime role, you will work closely with children with learning and developmental differences. Lots of room for growth for the right person seeking a career.
Responsibilities
- Assist behavior therapists in implementing strategy plans for our young clients from academics, communication, cognitive and social
- Conduct data collection to monitor patient progress and report findings.
- Communicate with parents.
- Supervise our young clients during their lunch time, and personal breaks.
Skills
- Strong and effective writing and communication skills.
- Strong data collection abilities to assess client's needs and track progress effectively.
- Knowledge of clients' cases to facilitate comprehensive care.
- Some experienced preferred but will train the right candidate(s).
- Ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in professional therapeutic care settings, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and their families.
