We're hiring our first talent leader to own all recruiting as we scale. You'll build our recruiting function from scratch, partnering directly with the CEO, CTO, and CRO to make high-impact hires across Engineering, Product, and GTM.
This role is an opportunity to shape how we scale as an organization. You'll bring strategic judgment on talent priorities, build systems that last, and own outcomes.
\n- Own full-cycle recruiting across all US-based roles (Engineering, Product, GTM, Customer Success)
- Build recruiting infrastructure from scratch - interview guides, scorecards, pipelines, ATS workflows
- Partner with leadership on role design, candidate assessment, and closing strategies
- Scale strategically while maintaining a high quality bar
- Drive candidate experience that reflects our mission and culture
- 8 years of total hiring experience
- Proven ability to hire across multiple functions
- Track record scaling recruiting (10 hires/year → 30 hires/year)
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines
- Startup operator mindset: scrappy, fast, high ownership
- Track record of successfully recruiting for engineering and data science roles
- Experience building recruiting functions 0→1
- Employer branding and talent marketing capabilities
- Strong ability to source passive candidates
Salary : $125,000 - $175,000
