Position Summary:
The Advisor & Client Relationship Specialist serves as the primary relationship manager for advisors and client stakeholders. This role is tasked with cultivating strategic partnerships, ensuring satisfaction across the advisor lifecycle, and coordinating cross-functional activities that support revenue growth and client retention.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Development: Build and nurture productive, long-term relationships with advisors and clients.
- Subject Matter Proficiency: Maintain thorough expertise in firm products and the competitive environment to provide consultative support.
- Coordination & Communication: Act as the primary coordinator for initiatives that require alignment between internal teams and external partners.
- Logistics Management: Arrange and oversee advisor travel and related logistics.
- Flexibility: Perform additional tasks and projects assigned.
Operational Duties:
- Process Development: Create and implement scalable onboarding and engagement processes.
- Advisor Experience Management
· Coordinate travel and event planning
· Execute and manage the onboarding process
· Lead case design and ensure completion of necessary documentation
- Marketing Collaboration:
· Ensure advisors receive appropriate engagement from Marketing
· Track creative requests and production status
- CRM & Sales Support:
· Maintain dashboards and management pipeline data
· Ensure accurate Lead/Contact/Account Entry
· Oversee event participation tracking in CRM
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in relationship management or client-facing roles.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Goldmine), marketing processes, and event logistics.
