Aux Talent is partnering with a Las Vegas-based Professional Services company to find an Executive Assistant to support a Founder/Executive Chairwoman. The Chairwoman is in a highly visible role and her world spans portfolio oversight, high-stakes investment decisions, content creation, speaking engagements, media appearances, and a personal staff ecosystem that keeps every dimension of her life running at the highest standard. This is not a task-execution role — it is an ownership role. It requires the judgment to manage up, the leadership to develop a small team, and the precision to ensure every administrative thread is pulled, tracked, and tied off. You will partner with the Chief of Staff, who sets direction and priorities, and own all administrative execution.

Requirements: 10 years of EA experience, with 5 years supporting C-suite, founders, or high-profile principals whose roles span business, brand, media, and personal life, 3 years of direct staff management, including oversight of other EAs or administrative professionals, Genuine, demonstrated proficiency with AI tools, Proven ability to lead and develop others, not just execute,
Schedule: In office 5 days/week, Full Time
Pay: $150,000–$200,000/year (depending on experience) bonus comprehensive benefits
