Aux Talent is partnering with a busy, family-owned construction services company to find a Project Coordinator to support daily field operations, scheduling, logistics, and project execution. This role serves as a critical link between project teams, field crews, and operations leadership, ensuring resources are deployed efficiently and projects stay on schedule.
Typical duties (but are not limited to): Crew Scheduling & Dispatch, Equipment & Vehicle Coordination, Project Logistics Management, Resource Planning & Allocation, Communication with Field Teams, GPS & Fleet Tracking, Schedule Management, Vendor & Material Coordination, Dispatch Recordkeeping, Project Support, Operations Process Improvement, Conflict Resolution, and Ad Hoc Operational Support.
Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, project coordination, operations, logistics, construction administration, or related roles, Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, Strong written and verbal communication skills, Customer-service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving, Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities, Strong attention to detail and follow-through, Professional phone and email etiquette. Experience with GPS tracking systems, fleet management software, construction operations, field services, or heavy equipment logistics is strongly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish a huge plus!

Pay: 70-80K base benefits
