AUVIA, Inc. seeks a Retail Customer Team Member to ensure operational excellence within our Palm Harbor branch. As a Retail Customer Team Member, you will be responsible for driving team performance through expert coaching, compliance management, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.
As a Retail Customer Team Member, you will partner with district management, marketing, and supply chain teams to execute localized campaigns, manage device allocations, and optimize store layout for maximum customer flow and conversion. The Retail Customer Team Member will translate corporate strategy into on-the-ground execution excellence by overseeing daily operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring alignment with client goals.
Role Requirements for a Retail Customer Team Member
- Work directly with customers and team members at various retail locations to promote client services, answer all inquiries, and increase brand awareness
- Oversee daily operations, including team scheduling, inventory flow, and service delivery across Rogers’ bundled product lines.
- Coach team members on sales execution, digital engagement strategies, and campaign alignment to drive performance.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable feedback to optimize individual output and team-wide conversion metrics.
- Maintain CRM systems with accurate logs of customer interactions, service milestones, and team activity to support reporting and retention.
- Resolve escalated service and billing inquiries through digital and phone-based channels with urgency and brand-aligned professionalism.
- Partner with internal teams to align messaging, troubleshoot operational challenges, and implement workflow enhancements across service tiers.
