Your Role
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Conduct comprehensive assessments, monitoring guests' health status, and promptly notify physicians of changes
Administer medications safely and accurately, following established protocols and policies
Provide education and guidance to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other team members on best practices and patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to ongoing enhancements in care delivery and resident satisfaction

You possess 1-3 years of experience in long-term care settings, preferably as an LPN
You hold current LPN licensure in the state and CPR certification
You're passionate about delivering high-quality care, advocating for guests' needs, and working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
